St. Elmo Springdale is a big, easygoing taproom of about 15,000 square feet, with indoor and outdoor seating, a kids' play area and a long tap list. Food trucks such as Spicy Boys and Pueblo Viejo usually park on site. A TV-show theme night suits the place, and it works for fans of the show or anyone who likes a costume party.
