About this event
OC Chris Halloween Bash is a hip-hop show at Come and Take It Live in Austin, headlined by Oak Cliff, Dallas rapper OC Chris. It stops here on a Texas run and falls in Halloween week. The venue is a two-story room on East Riverside built for live music.
Who's playing
OC Chris is a young rapper from South Oak Cliff in Dallas who signed with Artist Partner Group. He mixes melodic hooks with hard-hitting raps over bouncy production, and the Austin Chronicle compares his sound to early YoungBoy Never Broke Again. He also appeared on stage at the Dallas stop of YoungBoy's 2025 tour. The promoter's calendar lists Fly Muchacho and Texas Buzz with the show.
What to expect
A Halloween-themed rap show in a room with a main floor, a mezzanine and upstairs balconies. Come and Take It Live has two full bars, pool tables and corn hole, so there is room to move around between sets. The venue calls itself genre-neutral, with strong audio and lighting. It sits at the corner of East Riverside Drive and Royal Crest Drive.
Why go
OC Chris is an up-and-coming Dallas name, and this is a chance to see him in a mid-sized Austin room before his shows get bigger. The Halloween angle makes it a more festive night than a standard tour date.
