About this event
Producing Artistic Director, Gesel Mason Pulse features original choreography from three distinct voices, woven together and performed by award-winning student dance company Dance Repertory Theatre. Drawing inspiration from modern and contemporary styles, social and communal dance forms and African diasporic dance traditions, these works explore identity, transformation, rhythm and resilience. Pulse will showcase works by guest artists Vershawn Sanders Ward and Marjani Forte-Saunders (Haruka Weiser Memorial Commission), along with faculty member Magdalena Riley.
