Celebrate Halloween Hill Country-style at Briggs Distilling Co. with an evening of cocktails, pumpkin carving and friendly competition. Gather your friends, grab a drink and show off your carving skills for the chance to take home a full bottle of Briggs whiskey. Tickets include one draft cocktail, a pumpkin and a carving kit. Food will be available for purchase from the on-site food truck throughout the event. Three winners will be selected for Best Overall, Most Creative and Spookiest Pumpkin, with each taking home a bottle of Briggs whiskey. Come for the cocktails, stay for the competition and leave with a little Briggs spirit. Guests must be 21+ to purchase tickets and participate.
What to expect
You carve at your own pace with the supplied kit, a drink in hand. The on-site food truck, A.T. Eatz Burger Joint, sells smash burgers, fries, tots and wings through the evening. Prizes go to Best Overall, Most Creative and Spookiest Pumpkin, and each winner gets a full bottle of Briggs whiskey.
Why go
Briggs is a family-owned distillery on family land, in a 9,000-square-foot building where the whiskey is made and bottled on-site. The setting is relaxed and rural, a short drive from Austin. A carving contest with cocktails suits a group of friends who want a Halloween outing that is more hands-on than a bar night.
