Hobo Gobbelin Hoe-Down

Thee Hobo Gobbelins are a goblin-themed folk band founded around 1999 and now based in Austin. The current lineup is led by Sir Blackthorn, the Goblin Bard, on accordion. Around him are jug, flute, banjo, fiddle, tuba and bull fiddle. They play in full goblin character, and their style mixes hobo folk, pub sing-alongs and creepy waltzes.

The night combines live music, goblin games and a costume contest, so dressing up fits right in. Moss Market is also listed on site with popup craft vendors, and the dance floor is open to all ages. Ani's is a converted house with indoor and outdoor seating and food trucks parked outside. It also pours coffee, beer and cocktails.
