Come find your boo at Pitch-a-Friend! Join us for fun and connection: watch creative, feel-good presentations where friends pitch amazing singles to the crowd. You'll also have time to mingle, play games, and meet new people. Whether you're single, supporting a friend, or just curious about the event, there's something for everyone - even if you don't know anyone being pitched! What to expect
Friends take turns presenting slide shows that introduce a single friend to the crowd. The organizers say these are feel-good pitches, not roasts. Around the pitches there is time to mingle, play games and meet new people. Attendees do not need to know anyone being pitched, and some come as supporters or out of curiosity rather than to find a date.
Why go
The pitches give strangers an easy way to start talking, since you already know something about the person. Cabana Club is a relaxed East Austin spot with a clubhouse, a pergola bar and a pool deck. Coming in costume is part of the fun, and the Halloween edition adds to the party feel. You can come alone or with friends.
