What to expect
A late set in an intimate room. The Jade Room is a cocktail lounge styled after 1950s Japanese GI bars, with its own menu of sake and Japanese beers. The room is far smaller than the main floor downstairs, so a duo with machines and a guitar should feel close. Because it is a residency, the set is a weekly fixture upstairs.
Why go
C-Boy's is a South Congress juke joint from the people behind the Continental Club, and it usually books soul, blues and R&B. WE.AUTOMATIC is a change from that. You get electronic post-punk in a throwback lounge, with no extra charge on top of the usual bar night.
