Center Stage is an amphitheater on the Village Green, the open heart of EastVillage, a large mixed-use development on Parmer Lane in Austin's northeast tech corridor. The crowd settles onto the concert lawn with their own blankets, chairs and picnics. The series has a relaxed, community feel, with a lawn full of neighbors and families.

Center Stage Jams brings a local act to a neighborhood lawn on a weekly basis, with no big-venue hassle. For fans of folk and roots songwriting, Ella Reid is a good fit for a picnic-style evening. It is also an easy way to see a part of north Austin that many people never visit.
